What we do
Eco-actif Services CIC consists of 10 experienced and qualified staff who are committed to providing an excellent, quality service for all clients with any disadvantage. We offer our clients a completely holistic approach to the issues and barriers that they face, promoting active citizenship by helping them to overcome barriers to re-engaging with society.
Training and development
We run a Training and Development unit for all clients including those still serving, allowing them access to training and practical support to assist them in gaining paid and/or voluntary employment.
We can also offer short training modules in:
- CV writing
- Disclosure of Offences
- Presentation and Communication Skills
- Time-management
- Budgeting and Debt Management
- Interview techniques
- Completion of Application Forms
In fact we specialise in creating bespoke training modules to meet our clients’ needs. We often invite speakers from external agencies in to engage with our clients and to give them practical help and information on a range of topics, from addressing housing needs to our successful Employers’ Days.
Other initiatives
We actively work with the Borough’s Safer Communities Partnerships and we assist the Metropolitan Police with their targets with regards to Priority Prolific Offenders (PPOs). We sit on both Sutton and Merton’s Priority Prolific Offenders panels to assist them with their schemes and to successfully work with PPOs and young offenders in a supportive and resourceful role to enable them to address their substance misuse and/or offending behaviour.
