Eco-actif Services has assembled a strong management team. Eco-actif Services has four Directors including the Managing Director Amanda Palmer-Roye. Together they share a single vision: to provide a unique and positive experience through exceptional service to users and partner organisations.
Amanda Palmer-Roye
Amanda Palmer- Roye - Managing Director
Amanda has extensive management experience of organizations and has a stellar record in achieving milestones, as evidenced in the numerous accolades and awards she has received that highlight her commitment and expertise in the ex-offender training market. She also contributes experience in construction training and expertise in forming partnerships and business relationships. Amanda’s clear vision and excellent reputation for delivery have been key in the formation of Eco-Actif Services CIC.

Anna Burke
Anna Burke - Director of Training
Anna comes from a training background, having gained teaching and adult guidance qualifications. She will develop and lead key target areas of training and development. In addition Anna brings with her 10 years experience of working for Jobcentre Plus, where she gained extensive experience of contracts management. Anna also has experience in Adult Education and leads on our innovative Health and Safety in Construction.

Joyce Chrisanthou
Joyce Chrisanthou - Director of Operations
Joyce’s 16 years experience of running programmes for the Learning and Skills Council (LSC) and JCP, coupled with her post-graduate qualifications in personnel, training, and development (D32/33)- gives her the direct experience of managing and keeping current with emerging trends. Joyce will be using her experience to oversee the delivery of key targets by managing the operation of contracts.

Catherine Andrew
Catherine Andrew - Director Human Resources
Catherine brings with her extensive experience of working with and managing people, together with counselling qualifications and business acumen. Catherine’s specific responsibilities will be administrative management, including finance.
